Shipping Policy

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and the delivery location.

Orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.

Please note that the estimated delivery dates provided at checkout are given by the carrier and do not include processing times (3-5 business days), delays, or weekends. The Smocked Sisters Co. is not responsible for these delivery estimates and cannot offer refunds for late arrivals.

Once your order is with the carrier, they take responsibility for any lost, missing, or damaged packages. To avoid errors, please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. The Smocked Sisters Co. cannot be held responsible for any issues that arise after shipment, including missing or misdelivered packages. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

If you experience any issues with missing, lost, or damaged packages, please contact USPS Customer Service at 1-800-275-8777 to file a claim.

Return and Refund Policy

The Smocked Sisters Co does not facilitate refunds, returns or exchanges due to the nature of our product. All sales are final. If your order arrives damaged (as determined by TSSC), incorrect or defective (as determined by TSSC), you must email us at support@thesmockedsistersco.com within 7 days of receiving your order (verified by USPS tracking). Items must be shipped back to us within 5 days of receiving your return label via the email address you provided at checkout or the item/s will no longer be eligible for exchange or refund in the form of a store credit. Item/s must be in brand new, unworn condition without odors or stains, within the original clear packaging with tags attached. 

After we receive and inspect the return, it may take up to 7 business days to process the refund to your original payment method or in the form of a store credit (determined by The Smocked Sisters Co).  

If you have received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, you can contact us at support@thesmockedsistersco.com. Please allow us 2-3 business days to respond to your inquiry.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Due to the nature of our products, items are handmade and vary slightly. We do not issue store credit for "minor" defects such as uneven smocking, size discrepancies, loose threads, etc. The Smocked Sisters Co will determine what items meet criteria for return. 

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days OR issued a store credit. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Preorder Information

All preorder items are FINAL SALE. Please check your order thoroughly before submitting. The Smocked Sisters Co cannot apply any codes or modify an order after it is submitted.

If any in-stock "ready to ship" items are purchased in the same order as an item labeled PREORDER or CUSTOM PREORDER, please note that the in-stock "ready to ship" item/s will NOT ship until the PREORDER/CUSTOM PREORDER items arrive. If you need the in-stock "ready to ship" items earlier, we recommend placing them in a separate order than your PREORDER/CUSTOM PREORDER items.


Please note that the estimated arrival times (ETAs) for preorders are provided as approximate timelines and are subject to change. Unforeseen delays, such as supply chain disruptions, weather events, or other factors beyond our control, may impact these timelines.

ETAs are estimated as arrival times to The Smocked Sisters Co. Once The Smocked Sisters Co receives preorder items, please allow 5-7 business days for order fulfillment.

Local Pickup

The Smocked Sisters Co offers porch pickup for customers in/around Danville, VA. Simply apply code LOCALPICKUP at checkout along with an email address and phone number. Once your order is ready to porch pick up, you will be notified. If you do not live in Danville, VA and intend to porch pick up, do not enter LOCALPICKUP at checkout. Your order will not be shipped.
